Freestone Insurance Group, a Shore Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired 360 Benefits, a Chicago-based brokerage focused on employee benefits.
360 serves private mid-market employers across a variety of industries, providing high-touch consulting services and risk management solutions.
The transaction further strengthens Freestone’s presence in the Midwest and strengthens its existing employee benefits practices. Pragalz will continue to lead the business as president of 360 Benefits.
With the support of Freestone and Shore resources, 360 will deepen its core service offerings, invest in technology and talent, and expand opportunities to leverage Freestone’s broader risk management capabilities.
